James Nickles is the company’s Pension Consultant and brings over 18 years of pension plan experience. Nickles currently leads a team of pension specialists selected by the Department of Labor to act as the fiduciary for an abandoned Ohio based multiple employer plan representing 4000 employees. He is a former executive of SaveDaily.com, Inc., a financial services recordkeeper. There, he was responsible for developing the 1st completely online Solo 401(k) product, the 1st completely online Safe Harbor IRA product, their 403(b) product and their 401(k) product. Nickles started his financial services career with AG Edwards where he developed the first open architecture multiple employer 401(k) program for the Employee Leasing Industry which led to the eventual founding of Aspen Pension Administrators, Inc. As founder and Chief Executive Officer, he led Aspen to become the largest independent Third Party Administrator in the Southwest. Before selling Aspen, Nickles’ team of pension specialists administered 3,200 retirement plans whose sponsors were located in over 40 states.

His trademark is developing low cost successful products that can be marketed through center-of-influence marketing strategies.

He studies trends and develops conceptual models that can eventually be monetized for his clients.

Nickles enjoys his New Mexico adobe home with his wife Margaret of 27 years.
